To book the treatments we kindly ask the following data from you:
- Name (or names if you’re doing reservations also for the people travelling with you)
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- The treatments in the package you’re willing to book
- Additional treatments that you would like to reserve
- Should the treatments start preferably in the morning or in the afternoon
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Extra wishes or remarks that we can take into account
Please kindly note that it’s not possible to change the treatments which are included in the package.
