RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VISITING THE SPORTS CLUB
· The club membership card which is issued to a club member is a personal card. When coming to the club, always take along your membership card. Members who have paid the membership fee but who cannot present their membership card have to pay a single fee. Club member has to prove his/her identity in case of need. If the membership car is lost, the reception desk of the club has to be immediately informed. If a club card is lost, the new card will cost EUR 5.
· Children under the age of 16 are allowed to stay in the gym only under the parent’s or coach’s supervision.
- It is not allowed to attend the club and training halls wearing outdoor footwear.
- Appropriate footwear must be worn in the club which does not soil the floors of group workout rooms.
- It is not allowed to be in the gym or in the aerobics halls of the club barefoot or with bare upper body.
- We recommend registering in advance for the group workouts because the number of places is limited. If you have registered for a workout but cannot attend for some reason, please vacate the booking at least 2 hours before the beginning of the workout.
- Upon entering the sports club, please inform the customer service person whether you head for the gym, the aqua centre or the group workout.
- Always use a training towel when training in the group workout, in the gym or on the mats. If you do not have a towel, you can rent it from the aqua centre reception desk.
- Gym cardio equipment must be cleaned after use.
- Use the training equipment prudently and regulate the equipment according to prescribed rules. Ask advice from the trainer how to regulate and use the training equipment.
- After the training, all training equipment used by the sports club visitor has to be placed back in the prescribed places.
- Arriving late for the workout disturbs other participants. Be prompt when you come to the workout. When you are late for more than 5 minutes, you cannot participate in the workout cannot anymore.
- If you wish to leave before the workout ends, we ask you to inform the trainer of this before the workout begins.
- We ask the participants of group workouts to clean their training equipment only after the workout has ended. You will respect other club members with such behaviour.
- Refrain from taking along food, glasses and bottles without a cap while being in the training premises.
- Rubbish has to be thrown into the rubbish bin.
- Smoking and alcohol use is not allowed in the club premises.
- Club premises have to be left during the opening hours of the club unless otherwise agreed.
- All hygiene requirements must be complied with before using the swimming pool or the sauna.
- It is not allowed to use mobile telephones in the training premises. If you take along a mobile telephone for the group workout sessions, please make sure that the telephone is in silent mode.
- The property of the club or third persons has to be regarded prudently. Club members are obligated to compensate the club and/or third person for the damage caused.
- The club shall not be liable for the damages arising from the loss of or damage to the valuables.
- Valuables can be kept in the safe intended for that purpose at the reception of the aqua centre.
- Before visiting the sports club, a club member is aware of the workouts which are suitable for the visitor and which are unsuitable, the visitor shall consult in case of need the sports club trainers or his/her doctor. The sports club is not responsible for any injuries received in course of workouts and the club member’s health status during the workout process.
- The club undertakes to instruct and advise the club members in matters related to the use of equipment and to keep the equipment in working order. A club member is required to use the equipment according to their intended use and the instructions received. After the use of cardio equipment, a club member is required to clean the machine after the use.
· Should any shortcomings in the maintenance of the sports club or training equipment become evident, we ask you to inform the sports club staff thereof at the first opportunity.
- A sports club visitor shall be given a locker chip and a key of the lock-box/the safe for the time taking part in the workout. If a locker chip and a key of the lock-box/the safe is lost or returned in an unusable state, a visitor shall pay a fine EUR 20.
- Pets are not allowed in the club premises.
- For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to stay in the club premises and to use the gym equipment.
- In case of an accident, call 112. First aid equipment is situated: at the reception desk on the 1st and 2nd floor.
- Upon violation of the club rules, the sports club shall have the right to suspend temporarily the club membership or even to terminate the membership.
