STEPFATBURN AEROBICS
The build-up of Stepfatburn resembles that of Fatburn but a step-stool is used to help form step combinations
AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua aerobics is physical workout in water combined with music. Depending on the specific session, the water can rise up to the chest or higher. Being able to swim is not a requirement for taking part of the training. The instructor as a rule demonstrates the specific movements and the movement combinations from the edge of the pool. In order to make the session more varied, different styles as aqua tone, aqua dance and aqua boxing have been developed and different equipments are used.
PILATES
Pilates is a system of over 500 controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. It is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking under the careful supervision of a certified Pilates instructor. These professionals are highly trained specialists who know how to tailor a Pilates program to meet individual needs and abilities, monitoring movements to ensure correct form for optimum results.
