There is opened an Estonian Dining Room in the hotel offering authentic Estonian cuisine. Some feel that the Estonian national food is blood sausage, others think it is new potatoes with Baltic herring, while still others feel it is mulgi porridge, sauerkraut, kama dishes, hempseed spread, gingerbread cookies, or rye bread.
