Meriton Grand Conference & Spa hotel joins to Carlson Rezidor hotel group
The 465-rooms Meriton Grand Conference & Spa hotel, owned by mr Alexander Kofkin, joins to Carlson Rezidor hotel group. Mr Kofkin will continue to own the property.The management agreement will come into effect on June 1, 2015 and hotel will rebranded as Park Inn, the Carlson Rezidor´s core mid-market brand.
The name of the hotel after rebranding will be Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Tallinn. Carlson Rezidor, one of the most dynamic hotel groups worldwide and the leading international operator in Russia/CIS & Baltics, further strengthens its presence in Estonia.

The Meriton Grand Conference & Spa hotel has 465 guest rooms.
