French Gastronomy Weeks in Meriton Grand Conference & Spa hotel

Within the framework of Gastronomy Weeks, French cuisine and culture is the subjects of choice on March 7-22, during which time all those interested can acquire some lip-licking culinary experience at Cafe Mademoiselle and Bistro Mary. During the next two weeks, Bistro Mary will serve savory French dishes from soups to desserts. The menu includes a Southern French style Bouillabaisse fish soup, onion soup, tomato soup, cream of pea soup, Burgundy pot roast, pork a la France, cutlet a la Provance, mutton pot roast, Coq au Vin French style chicken, chocolate mousse, tarte tatin and crêpes.
Cafe Mademoiselle will boast an array of French style desserts. The menu offers a plentiful selection, including macaroons, éclairs, strawberry tartelettes, lemon tart and white chocolate-blackcurrant tart.
On March 9-22, Françoise Sautier’s photo exhibition is held in Meriton Grand Conference & Spa Hotel.
The Gastronomy Weeks are organized in collaboration with the French embassy and the French Institute and the event takes place parallel to the Francophone Weeks’ numerous happenings across Tallinn which celebrate the vitality of the French language. The French Gastronomy Weeks will come to a swell finale at a grand dinner gala at the Meriton Grand Conference & Spa Hotel on March 21.
