Belgian Food Weeks
To celebrate 90 years of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Estonia, Meriton Hotels and Embassy of Belgium organise Belgian Food Weeks.
The festive opening gala dinner takes place on 29th of March. After that there will be lots of Belgian Food in bistro Mary and cafe Mademoiselle in Meriton Grand Conference & Spa hotel.
In the menu of Bistro Mary:
Belgian cheese salad, Roasted beet and goat cheese salad.
Waterzooi – fish soup with vegetables, beer soup, Belgian chicken and mushroom soup.
Monkfish with cherry beer, duck with blackcurrant beer sauce, Salmon with wheat beer sauce, Flemish beef stew
In the menu of bistro and cafe:
Crepe with caramelized apples, waffles with ice cream, waffles with chocolate, triple chocolate terrine, Belgian curd cake
We offer the following Belgian beers: Leffe Blonde and Stella Artois.
Leffe beer is elegant, smooth and fruity, and it has a spicy aftertaste with a hint of bitter orange. Its light, sunny colour is due to the use of pale malt.
Stella Artois full, characteristic flavour and high quality is assured through a superior brewing process and by using the finest ingredients available.
