Hungarian Food Weeks in Meriton Hotels from 11.2. till 12.03.2011

Meriton Hotels will continue with Food Weeks tradition. Hungary has taken on the presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 January 2011, therefore we decided to introduce the Hungarian rich cuisine. Hungarian Food Weeks are supported by Hungarian embassy in Tallin and Hungarian National Tourist Office Regional Office for Northen Europe.
The opening gala of the Food Weeks takes place on 11th of February. Dishes are prepared in collaboration with Hungarian chefs mr. Tamas Fazekas and György Bólya and Meriton Hotels cooks. The gipsy quartet is entertaining quest at gala.
During Food Weeks Mademoiselle cafés and bistro Mary offer dishes from Hungarian kitchen – gulyas soup with beans, bean soup Jókai style, liver dumplings, hortobagy meat pancakes, Gellért salad, apple pancakes, pancakes Gundel style etc. There are also brochures about Hungary available in the hotels.
Mademoiselle cafés are located: Meriton Conference & Spa hotel, Paldiski mnt. 4, Meriton Old Town hotel, Lai 49 and Meriton Old Town Garden hotel, Pikk 29. Bistro Mary situates in Meriton Conference & Spa hotel, Paldiski mnt. 4.
