DESCRIPTION OF THE SESSION
A visit to the climate therapy salon lasts for 1 h 30 min, 45 minutes of which is spent
lying quietly in the dimly lit climate room, listening to music, breathing calmly,
sometimes dozing off, recovering, relaxing. After the session, the visitor is well
rested and generally lively. In the special climate, the mud will not begin to tug
the skin unpleasantly when drying and will not cause itchiness.
After the climate room session, the visitor takes a shower, dries and dresses oneself.
It is not a must to wash the mud off completely from your body, a small amount of
the healing mud’s minerals will be absorbed in the next hours.
The lounge offers a chance to drink some water, ask questions and converse.
It is not advisable to rush off outside into the cold after the session, but rather to sit for a while.
