NEW YEARS EVE IN THE RESTAURANT „BALALAIKA“ 31.12.2011

Doors are opening at 19:00

Welcome drink: a glass of sparkling wine for ladies and an      ice-cold vodka shot for gentleman.

A lavish zakuska selection from a carriage:

Smoked salmon, smoked milk-pork, meat with herbs, ham, marinated tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, cheeses, marinated mushrooms, potato salad, Vinaigrette, marinated cabbage, marinated fish, salted salmon, tar-tar cucumber sauce,   marinated garlic. 

Red Caviar with toast, sour cream and onions plate ready on your table. 

At 19:45 we serve
Kazanski dumplings 

At 20:00 we serve

Quail with ginger-turnip and lingonberry jam 

At 20:45 we serve
Beef tenderloin with oven baked vegetables and demy-        glaze sauce 

At 21:45 it`s time for dessert –
Warm chocolate-gingerbread cake with vanilla ice cream and berry sauce 

Live music. Prizes will be raffled off.           

When the clock strikes midnight on New Year's Eve,     a sparkling wine is served to all guests.
